One of my collaborators brought in a nut tray for the holiday's - and led to my first experience with the date coconut balls.  i'm glad you found a good recipe.. i must try.  Let me know if you figure out any other great date recipes.  One of my absolutely favorite restaurants serves a date cake, and most wouldn't believe me except for those who have tried, but it is the most transcendent dessert EVER.&lt;/p&gt;
